The Link-It Club

Join me in a private community of up to 10 people, where I'll make LinkedIn understandable, enjoyable, and productive, without letting it take over your life.

The LinkedIn support you need

There are more than 42 million UK users on LinkedIn, yet less than 3% of those people post at least once a month. The Link-It Club will give you everything you need to become active on LinkedIn and make it a success, opening doors to new opportunities.

Why should I join The Link-It Club?

Fearful of putting ourselves out there, unsure how to write posts effectively, of the belief we’ve got nothing interesting to say… the majority of us spend our time on LinkedIn lurking in the background.

That’s where The Link-It Club comes in – your LinkedIn safe space. It’s a place to grow your knowledge and confidence, get ideas and share ideas, discuss your LinkedIn stresses and successes, and surround yourself with other people who are here for the same reason.

I’m here to guide and advise all the way, sharing everything I know and the things I’ve done to make my presence a success – both as a social media manager and solo business owner – to help you create new connections and new opportunities.

The Link-It Club is for you if:

  • You’re a freelancer, self-employed, founder or business owner
  • You have a LinkedIn profile but it doesn’t represent you well or tell your story
  • You’re a LinkedIn lurker feeling like you have nothing interesting to say
  • You don’t know how to grow your network on LinkedIn or where to start
  • You’re committed to becoming more active on LinkedIn and posting more often to create new opportunities
  • You have at least £599 to invest in the initial three-month membership

"I’m becoming a LinkedIn leader"

“Before joining Ryan’s Link-It Club, I was a LinkedIn lurker - watching from the sidelines but rarely posting. Now, thanks to his practical advice and supportive coaching, I feel I’m becoming a LinkedIn leader, sharing content with confidence. Ryan’s tips are actionable, insightful, and genuinely make a difference. I’d highly recommend this to any founders, freelancers, or business owners looking to make LinkedIn work for them!”

Actionable resources

The initial three-month membership includes 12 core resources spread across 12 weeks.

From setting a strategy and building your profile, to creating purposeful posts and understanding how to socialise without feeling like a weirdo – the resources I provide follow a set structure to keep things understandable and manageable.

I also welcome requests for new resources, if you have specific challenges.

Post prompts

I send once weekly prompts to give you inspiration for purposeful LinkedIn posts.

They’re not AI-generated, and are created with thought for you and your fellow group members, alongside real examples from real LinkedIn posts.

Visual templates

I provide stand-out templates to create impactful visuals for your LinkedIn profile.

They include an on-brand banner image (the image across the top of your profile), and graphics for your featured section. I’ll talk you through those.

Accountability from me

I’ve been a social media manager for 10+ years and I’ve taught more than 300 people on how to use LinkedIn.

I’ve also built my own business through LinkedIn, and will hold you to account to create your own new opportunities. I’ll be that person on your shoulder at all times, guiding you.

Monthly group drop-ins

I host monthly, 60-minute group drop-in sessions on Google meets.

This gives us a chance to come together as a group to discuss progress, ideas and challenges, and take inspiration from each other.

Daily group chat

Hosted in an online platform called Circle, the group chat remains open at all times.

So you can receive daily feedback and socialise among a group of (up to) nine other like-minded people who are all in the same boat.

Monthly round-ups

I’ll pull together monthly round-ups to measure our success. They include follower growth, view count and engagement number, so you can clearly see your progress.

I’ll also summarise the group’s success away from the social numbers, to reflect on what new opportunities we’ve created.

The extra touches

There are also some extra touches along the way, including a physical welcome pack with some handy gifts, Q&As, workshops and video guides.

All to support you in making your LinkedIn a success, opening doors to new connections, conversations and opportunities.

The Link-It Club is held on an online platform called Circle - so you can access it through your phone or on your laptop.

I limit each group to 10 like-minded people, so you'll be with me and up to nine others. No more.
The initial membership is for three months, and in those three months I'll give you everything you need to become active on LinkedIn and make it a success. You can then stay in the group after the initial three months to keep growing together.

The price for the initial three-month membership is £599. Once the three months is complete, it's £79.99 per month to continue to access the resources, retain that accountability, and keep growing together on LinkedIn.

I'll guide you on strategy setting and building your profile, to creating purposeful posts and understanding how to socialise without feeling like a weirdo. You'll learn everything you need to be successful on LinkedIn.

You'll need to have a basic understanding of LinkedIn - how to access the platform, how to post, how to comment and message - and, most importantly, be up for learning more.

With LinkedIn, the more you put in the more you get out. You need to be committed, that's for sure. But LinkedIn doesn't need to take over your life. I'd say you need at least two hours per week to dedicate to this.

The Link-It Club is currently live with a full group, and I'm aiming to open the next group in Spring 2025. Join the waitlist and you'll be first in the queue.

Why I set The Link-It Club up

Rewind to 11th October 2023.

My daughter was three months old. My wife was on maternity leave. I was working in-house as a social media manager at a law firm.

Well I was, until that date: 11th October 2023. As that’s the date I was handed my confirmation of redundancy.

Despite my young family relying on that income, there was no need to panic. You see, I’d been active on LinkedIn for 18 months before that date.

Sharing my thoughts, expertise and experiences. Growing my network and relationships. And creating new opportunities.

Little did I know, that activity would end up saving my arse. And it really did.

By January 2024 – three months after my redundancy confirmation – my diary was completely full with contracted clients, and my business as a solo social media manager was a go.

Now I want to share with you everything I did, for you to make your LinkedIn a success and create new opportunities – before you need them.

You’ll join me in a private community for an initial three months, with (up to) nine other like-minded people, where I’ll make LinkedIn understandable, enjoyable, and productive, without letting it take over your life.

The price for that three-month membership is £599.

Once the three months is complete, you can stay in the group for a monthly fee of £79.99 to continue to access the resources, retain that accountability, and keep growing together on LinkedIn.

Here’s what two people who have been a part of The Link-It Club had to say about it:

“I’m so thankful for the support and strategic guidance Ryan has provided, not only in what and how to post but also how to actually be social and network too! In January (the first month working with Ryan), which is supposedly a quiet month, I received three enquiries from business owners wanting to work with me. It’s no coincidence that it’s the month I have been most active! Thank you so much.”
– Emma, Virtual Assistant

“Ryan’s approach is just spot on. The perfect blend of support and nudging when needed. Really great hints and tips, and insight into how LinkedIn really works – I’ve been using it for years but have learnt so much thanks to Ryan’s knowledge and help. I’ve also loved having the mutual support from other members. It’s a win-win from me!”
– Duncan, Strategic Advisor
