1. Discovery call

Let’s chat. An intro call gives us the opportunity to discuss you and your business, and the story so far, including your challenges.

Then we’ll get stuck into the future – what you want to achieve, where you want to get to, and how I can help.

2. Strategy setting

The strategy will be our roadmap to social media success.

I’ll complete an audit of your current social presence, looking at the channels you’re using and the content you’re publishing, before researching the competition.

We’ll then come together for an in-person workshop, to discuss your aims in detail, the types of people you need to speak to, and how we can use social media to insert your business into their daily lives.

I’ll bring all of that info and insight together to produce a bespoke strategy.

3. Content creation

Let’s put that strategy into action.

Planning, copy, graphics, photos, videos… I create engaging on-brand content, in line with the strategy. And this includes on-site time, where I visit your business to capture the content.

All of the content I create is housed in your very own central content calendar, which you’ll have access to at all times so you know what’s going out and when it’s going out.

Once the posts are created and approved, I’ll post them out across your social media channels.

4. Community management

There’s much more to social media than just posting.

It’s called social media for a reason, right? And socialising with your target audience to build connections is just as important as posting impactful content.

I’ll take on the personality of your business to manage your inboxes, reply to comments on posts, and proactively engage with your target audiences.

That’ll get more eyeballs on your business and build stronger connections with the people you need to speak to.

5. Analysis

The progress of your social media presence will be analysed in easy-to-understand reports.

I’ll gather the data and show you how many people you’re reaching, how those people are engaging with your content, and how your follower number is growing.

The report will also include what’s working and what’s not, with wins and opportunities, which will inform any future strategic decisions we make.

These reports will land in your inbox once a month.

6. Ongoing communication

The best relationships I have are with businesses that I’m truly a part of.

And being in regular communication with you, or a chosen point person, is important in achieving that.

We’ll discuss new content requests, social-worthy happenings within the business, and general updates on posts and performance.

Daily communication is through WhatsApp, Teams or Slack, with monthly or quarterly catch-ups taking place in person or online.
